Set Up Your Email

Setting up a dedicated email domain ensures better inbox placement, higher deliverability, and a stronger sender reputation.

Video Walkthrough

Step-by-Step

  • Open your OTMS account and go to Settings in the lower left‑hand corner

  • Click Email Services from the Settings menu

  • Click Create Dedicated Domain

  • Choose a short prefix for your domain (for example: mail, m, or send)

  • Click Add & Verify to continue

    • Once you click Add & Verify, OTMS will show a list of required DNS records (SPF, DKIM, tracking CNAMEs, etc.).

    • If your domain is inside OTMS, click to let OTMS add them.

    • If your domain is external, copy each record and add it in your registrar’s DNS settings, then return to OTMS.

  • Wait for the security certificate

  • Set your dedicated header (From name & From email)

  • Configure reply and forward settings

  • Confirm everything is live
