Make sure you already have your payment accounts created (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.) and can log in to them.
Log in to your OTMS account.
Look at the left‑hand sidebar and click Payments.
At the top of the Payments screen, click the Integrations tab in the ribbon.
Review the list of available payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square, and others supported by OTMS).
Decide which processor(s) you want to use; Stripe is recommended because it supports Apple Pay, bank payments, wire transfers, payment plans, and more if enabled in your Stripe settings.
Optional: Plan to connect more than one provider (for example, Stripe + PayPal) to give your customers multiple payment options.
Open a new browser tab and log in to your chosen payment processor account so you’re already signed in.
Return to OTMS, find your chosen provider (e.g., Stripe) in the Integrations list, and click Connect.
When the popup or redirect appears, follow the prompts to log in to your payment processor (or confirm the account if you’re already logged in).
Authorize OTMS to connect to that payment processor account by following the on‑screen steps until you see a success/confirmation message.
Go back to the Integrations tab and confirm that the provider now shows as Connected under Payment Integrations.
Repeat the same Connect process for any additional processors you want to offer (e.g., connect PayPal or Square next).
After at least one processor is connected, you’re ready to start accepting payments from OTMS through products, payment links, funnels, and other sales assets.
Make sure this setup is completed before you publish any offers, send payment links, or drive traffic to funnels, so customers can successfully pay.
